Chris Daglis.
Entrepreneur, Consultant, Adviser, Speaker, Trainer.
Chris doesn’t get much sleep.
In his quest to innovate an industry he has served for over 30 years, his day can involve hosting Zoom conferences with industry bodies in the UK at 11pm, speaking with recyclers in the US at 4am and visiting Australian salvage yards through the day.
It’s this dedication that has cemented his role as an innovative and adaptable leader, working across companies ranging from ASX top 20's to family businesses and individual entrepreneurs.
Along with being the leading independent advisor to major Australian insurers he maintains close working relationships with all the key industry stakeholders: insurers, collision repairers, OE dealers and alternative parts suppliers with an unrivalled understanding of the varied needs of the supply chain.

Andrea Daglis.
Project Manager, HR, Operations, Administrator.
Andrea works across multiple areas of the business as a Project Officer including HR, listing operations and other projects. Over the past 5 years, Andrea has liaised with customers and the APS team to deliver their business objectives.
She has worked closely with the auto recycling industry, having project managed and delivered two auto recycling conference in Australia in both 2017 and 2019. These conferences brought recyclers from around the world together, including from Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, USA, UK and Australia.
Andrea’s background is in policy and administration in the public sector. Before APS, Andrea worked in the economic development area of the local council, supporting local businesses through networking, training and marketing activities.
Beyond her professional skill set, Andrea has a unique insight into the ‘behind the scenes’ of the industry. This motivates her to help APS customers achieve their business goals while freeing up time to spend outside of work and with family.

Berk Eminagaoglu.
Pinnacle Expert, Trainer, Developer, IT Support.
Berk has a Master of Science degree and is a qualified mid-level IT Engineer.
Berk has extensive Pinnacle Experience and works with APS customers to train their staff on the use of software applications, including Pinnacle.
He also provides remote IT support and training documentation to the APS team and APS clients on the use of information technology and computer systems.
Working closely with our Development Team, he is able to assist with developing, designing, implementing and coordinating new products, functional IT policies, strategies, and procedures.

Cathy Cousins
Strategist. Rule Maker. Planner. Creative Mastermind.
Cathy is a digital marketing professional with over 20 years experience across multiple industries in both London + Australia. These include automotive, FMCG + construction as well as small to medium enterprises. For the past 10 years, Cathy has been working within the Auto Recycling industry partnering with multiple clients in Australia, New Zealand, the US, Ireland and the UK to transform their businesses with their digital strategies.
Cathy’s strengths lie in Strategic Development, Copywriting + Content Creation and her passion is helping businesses thrive in what can be a confusing and overwhelming area of their business development.

Georgia Carver
Social Media Boss. Talker. Business Development, Relationship Manager.
Georgia is a Social Media and Digital Marketing Specialist in the Automotive Recycling Industry. She has been partnering with businesses to help them transform and streamline their online marketing strategy using social media digital platforms for over 12 years.
Georgia works with and educates clients all over the world on how to maximise results using a digital ecosystem that is practical and manageable for small to medium-sized businesses.
She has experience working with clients across a number of industries and has worked with automotive recyclers for the past 10 years.
Georgia’s speciality is using her extensive, up-to date knowledge, and experience across digital marketing and combining this with her understanding of small business and strong skills in client relationship management.
Seeing auto recyclers increase revenue, lower outgoings, and scale their business is what drives her.

Mark James de Guzman
Leader - PH Operations
Mark leads our operations in the Philippines, with oversight of all functions and teams at APS. He also oversees Quality Control procedures that ultimately lead to the optimum experience for all APS customers.
Mark plays an important role in customer onboarding, product development and enhancements. Mark also supports recruitment efforts and the professional development of his peers.
Mark has been with APS for over 10 years. He began his career with the company doing inventory for Auto Parts Recyclers and then listing parts on eBay stores while managing eBay accounts, handling inquiries and sales.
This provided him with industry-specific knowledge as well as experience across multiple solutions offered by APS. He later led the previewer teams for Australian and US recycling facilities.
A key contact for tools like Pinnacle Pro, eBay, Nexpart eBay Link and eLink. More recently Mark has taken up project management responsibilities within the development team, working hand in glove with Carlos to deliver solutions on time and in spec, resulting in a best in class customer experience.

Ann Sanz
Team Leader - eBay Listing Specialists
Ann manages the day-to-day operations of the eBay listing team, along with the other part of the dynamic duo, Loisse. She ensures the delivery of productivity and quality to APS eBay clients. Ann also ensured that our client’s Standard Operating Procedures are adhered to.
Ann is a customer focussed, solutions driven, team player. These attributes guarantee the highest levels of customer satisfaction is not left to chance. One of the comments the team often hear from our eBay Listing clients is “how can Ann respond and solve issues so quickly?”
Ann has a background in operations management and has years of experience in material shipping and receiving, inventory management, and production control. She has also supported the Army logistics civil augmentation program in a US military base in Iraq.
Ann prides herself on prioritising the health and happiness of the APS listing team in addition to the objective of ensuring customer satisfaction.

Maria Paz Amazona
Team Leader - Recruitment & Training.
Paz originally joined APS as a BidBuddy Previewer, however, given her HR experience, amazing can-do attitude and her personable manner, she was quickly rewarded with the transition to a leadership role in Recruitment and Training.
In her previous role in Human Resources for a logistics company, Paz worked across timekeeping, benefits administration, recruitment, training and development.
Paz’s experience as a Previewer at APS, plus her HR experience, gives her a unique skill set that is crucial to the selection of high quality APS team members.

Trome Paulo de la Paz.
Team Leader - Bid Biddy Previewing, Pricing and Inventory Operations
Trome is an experienced professional in the automotive recycling industry and leads our team of Bid Buddy Previewing team.
With a background in real estate as a virtual assistant, Trome is customer centric and has an eye for detail. During his time at APS, he has developed a clear passion for automotive recycling and he continues to grow his knowledge in our industry.
Trome successfully leads multiple teams here at APS. As a critical thinker, he is able to identify innovative solutions and make informed decisions. Working closely with a number of our clients, his flexibility and dedication ensures that he and his team consistently deliver high-quality results.

Loisse Guilot
Team Leader - eBay Listing Specialists
Loisse is the latest addition to the Team Leader group. The growth of the eBay Listing service, in which APS builds high quality listings, has led to Loisse moving up from Ann’s 2IC to a Team Leader in her own right.
Today, as part of the dynamic duo as Chris likes to call them, Loisse manages a team of specialists that list parts on eBay for various automotive recycling facilities.
She is responsible for ensuring consistent and accurate listings, and provides assistance to the team whenever the need arises. Her teamwork and partnership with Ann helps ensure that clients obtain the best and highest-quality listings to increase their eBay sales.
Loisse holds a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering and is a registered chemical technician who previously worked in the alcohol industry before transitioning to the automotive recycling industry. A flexible and detail-oriented individual with an inherent drive to deliver tasks with consistency and at the highest quality.

Aldin D. Baje
Team Leader – eBay Optimisations
Aldin holds the position of the head honcho within eBay Optimisation team, where he is responsible for managing the department's daily operations. His primary objective is to ensure the provision of accurate Manufacturer Part Numbers, Item Specifics and Fitment for our customers' eBay listings.
Aldin and his team play a crucial role in the success of our customer’s eBay stores driven by meticulous research and verification. This valuable information significantly enhances the visibility of customer listings on eBay, making them more easily discoverable by potential buyers during their searches.
As a licensed math teacher, Aldin initially had no intentions of becoming a part of the auto recycling industry. However, his deep passion for cars ultimately led him to join the APS team. He has been dedicated to improving and lending his skills and services to contribute to the company's growth and development.

Carlos Resurreccion
Head of Software Development
Carlos was an engineering professor for over 10 years before joining APS. He has a Master's degree in Information Technology and was among the first software developers who built the APS Suite of Applications from the ground-up. As such, he has intimate knowledge of the underlying processes in the various APS applications and coordinates and guides the multi-national development team across different time zones to develop optimal solutions for our clients.
Being adept in computer hardware, networks and software he is able to fill multiple roles as needed and is able to teach, demonstrate, and document complex ideas and make them easy to understand.
