Can’t Find Good Staff? Our Outsourced Team Can Help.
"Why is the APS outsourcing model so successful?" is a question I get asked a lot.
Especially considering when most of the time all you hear are horror stories when people have tried to outsource!
To be honest - there isn't ONE simple reason.
There are a number of factors that go into our own special ‘algorithm’, but it is important to recognise that a big part of our success is because our offshore team are valued members of the entire APS team.
It's all about the human connection 🔗
The word ‘team’ actually means something to me.
Despite working remotely we have non-negotiable daily practices that we carry out – from top to bottom – that build upon the human touch points.
Yes, every member of APS is paid above standard rates, but it's not the pay that retains them 💰
It’s the ongoing training, the regular feedback and continuous human support that ensure this outsourcing model works.
And while I am not based in the same country (or timezone), I still regularly connect with the entire team, to make sure that we are all working together to build on our success.
I'm currently in the Philippines now running some additional training, preparing for 2023 and making sure I am meeting face to face with as many team members as I can.
I also happen to be taste testing my way through a number of homemade delicacies that many of their families have made for me to try while I am here 😊 🧁
On a daily basis our APS team are busy providing support to a number of our clients including:
Inventory Input to your YMS
eBay Listing and Sales
Manufacturer Part Number mapping
Previewing BidBuddy vehicles
Social Media Management
Marketing
eBay Store Promo Management
...you name it!
They are all proudly automotive recycling specialists, fully trained and significantly more cost effective than hiring staff locally for your yard.
Feel free to reach out if you want to understand more about the secret to our success and how you too can benefit from using APS services and products, like hundreds of other recyclers around the world.
